Abstract
We evaluated the physical fitness of 146 primary school students (68 boys and 78 girls) in the dynamics of the school year in order to substantiate the hygienic optimization of physical education organization based on a differentiated approach taking into account the sex of students. Results' analysis revealed that the age period of 8-9 years is a sensitive period for the development in children of speed, power, speed-strength and coordination body capabilities. It is shown that in order to increase the efficiency of physical education, it is advisable to conduct physical education classes differentially depending on the gender of the students.

Abstract
The peculiarities of the forming the most common functional deviations and chronic diseases in students in the school ontogenesis dynamics are revealed. The morbidity dynamics of functional disorders and chronic diseases of the nervous system and mental sphere is presented. We analyzed changes in the prevalence of functional visual impairment and chronic diseases of the visual analyzer. The course of the pathological processes after the diagnosis of each student was evaluated according to the data of specially developed catamnesis questionnaires. We found a high level of functional disorders' occurrence frequency of the nervous system and mental sphere (together) in primary school students and the rapid growth rate of the indicator from the 8th to the 11th forms. Visual impairment is characterized by an increase in the prevalence and unfavorable course of pathological processes during the whole school ontogenesis. The revealed functions of deviation and chronic diseases testify to the negative role of excessive academic load of students, psycho-emotional and visual overstrain in the formation of pathological conditions in school students.

Abstract
We analyzed the epidemiological situations on influenza and acute respiratory viral infections during the 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 epidemic seasons in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 epidemic seasons differed from the previous ones by a rather high intensity of the epidemic process, moderate duration of the epidemic awareness with a two-wave pattern of the course, high morbidity of the population at the epidemic peak and the absence of the disease’s severe forms in those vaccinated against influenza. During the 2015-2016 epidemic season, the influenza A(H1N1) virus was the dominant pathogen in Yakutia. During the 2016-2017 epidemic season, the first morbidity awareness was caused by the influenza A(H3N2) virus, the second morbidity awareness was caused by the influenza B virus. In contrast to previous two seasons the 2017-2018 epidemic season is characterized by lower intensity, a significant morbidity decrease of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections in different age groups of the population and a low level of influenza viruses' circulation. Influenza A (H3N2) virus dominated and joined influenza B virus circulation was registered subsequently during the 2017-2018 epidemic season.

Abstract
An analysis of the ecological and ethological characteristics of the domestic cat presented in the literature data shows that the wild ancestors of this animal that lived in the desert did not participate in the evolution of the parasitic system of the opisthorchiasis agent. Formation of complex life cycles of trematodes of the family Opisthorchidae in the Cenozoic era occurred with the participation of representatives of mammals'different systematic groups. The domestic cat on the territories of Eastern Europe and Western Siberia historically did not participate in the formation of the parasitic system Opisthorchis felineus, because it appeared in these territories much later, when the parasitic system of the agent existed there since the end of the Miocene. The main factors that determined the role of the domestic cat as the definitive host and the ecological stalemate of the opisthorchiasis agent were its interaction with the environment and the genetically determined animal's behavior.

Abstract
In recent decades, there is an increase in the number of toxocariasis morbidity rate in many countries. An important role in the implementation of the infection's risk with toxocarosis is the state of contamination with pathogens of epidemiologically significant environmental objects. Toxocara eggs are resistant to adverse environmental factors and can persist in the soil for a long time. We presented data on seroepidemiological surveys for toxocarosis of the population of the South of Russia (Republic of Adygea, Karachay-Cherkessia; Astrakhan and Rostov regions, Krasnodar Krai) and results of soil sanitary-parasitological studies. The analysis of the population morbidity with toxocarcosis in the Russian Federation showed the variability of its indicators during different years. The basis for some territories zoning of the south of Russia for this helminth infection was formed with toxocarosis morbidity rates, the results of a seroepidemiological survey of the population, infection of dogs and soil contamination with toxocara eggs. According to the comparison of toxocariasis morbidity data with the results of seroepidemiological studies, we suggest that the true level of helminthiasis morbidity in the South of Russia is much higher than officially registered. The results of the studies indicate the need for caution in the aspect of the potential probability of population's toxocarosis infection.
