Abstract
The study of metabolic processes in petrochemical workers has revealed hyperactivation of lipid peroxidation processes, antioxidant system suppression, high prevalence of dyslipidemta and hyperfermentemia of serum enzymes. Length of service determinancy of metabolic changes in workers of basic occupations has been found. This confirms the significance of laboratory studies in the diagnostics of pathological processes development in petrochemical production workers.

Abstract
There was conducted the comparative estimation of a functional state and working capacity of employees of test laboratory centers on the basis of sensorimotor reactions. The research was carried out in a laboratory with a laboratory information system (LIS) operating in a regular mode and in a laboratory center where the software product is being prepared for implementation in practice. On the basis of the data obtained, there were developed recommendations and an algorithm for implementing the LIS software package in the activity of the laboratory center «Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Voronezh Region» to optimize the working conditions of employees.

Abstract
Harmful factors of the work enmronment and work process of the manufacture of rubber and continuous optical fiber are related to increased prevalence of nervous and musculoskeletal diseases in chemical workers. The contact with solvents in glue workers contributes to a high prevalence of polyneuropathy of the upper extremities. Severity of the work process with Class 3.3 in spreading machine operators revealed increased prevalence of muscoloskeletal diseases (56,8 %). Raising arms over the shoulder girdle during the work shift causes the development of dorsophathies in almost one third of operators of the continuous optical fiber.

Abstract
The changes happening in modern education against the background of an aggravation of symptoms of health of pupils cause need of the analysis of the educational schedule and assessment of interrelation between his hygienic rationality and indicators of a functional condition of an organism of school students. The appreciable share of disturbances is taped and the most typical mistakes in creation of schedules are defined. From positions of evidential medicine estimated risk and degree of conditionality of development of the expressed fatigue in dynamics of school day when training in the conditions of irrationally made schedule. The electron methodical complex for hygienic assessment of the school schedule which use reduces labor input of assessment procedure of the schedule is framed and can be recommended as the tool when carrying out audit of educational process at school by organs of Rospotrebnadzor and administration of educational institution.

Abstract
Problems of atmospheric air pollution in the residential sector by the activities of a diversified industrial complex, leading to mass complaints of the population are presented. It reveals difficulties in conducting laboratory testing, the detection of substances not present in the PDV volumes of individual enterprises. The organizational work with the enterprises of the industrial zone on the draft of unified sanitary-protection zone is presented. Practical experience on achievement of hygienic standards in the ambient air of Davydovo village was generalized.

Abstract
The main directions and results of the epidemiological risk studies for acute intestinal injections in the Russian Federation, rotavirus infection and shigellosis, which differ in their characteristics, are presented in the article. The tasks of the epidemiological surveillance related to risk assessment have been identified, and the ways to their execution have been proposed.

Abstract
There was analyzed the situation of natural focal infections, the pathogens of which are associated with bats and modern ideas about the possible epizootic and epidemic importance of bats, as well as the prospects of ongoing epizootiological monitoring under epidemiological supervision in the Russian Federation. There were stated the main tasks of the organization of observations of the representatives of Chiroptera order - the possible reservoir hosts and/or sources of dangerous for human pathogens.

Abstract
The research presents data on evaluation of immunity levels to tick borne encephalitis virus in unimmunized population of the Amur region during 2011-2017.The highest levels of antibodies were detected in population inhabiting middle and south taiga landscape zones. It should be noted that high antibody levels to tick borne encephalitis virus found in local residents show high frequency of contact with infected carriers as well as possible cases of inapparent form of the infection. The form of affiliation to a certain landscape zone well as the quality of territorial development as has considerable importance on the formation of herd immunity to tick-borne encephalitis virus.

Abstract
Bacteria of the species V. parahaemolyticus are halophilic microorganisms that may be causing acute enteric disease in humans, occurring according to the type of foodborne illness. The success of the treatment-and-nrophylactic and sanitary-epidemiological measures aimed at the prevention of the proliferation of «halophiles» largely depends on timely and accurate identification of strains of Vibrio secreted from patients, seafood, as well as in monitoring of environmental objects. This paper presents a method of identifying strains of the species V. parahaemolyticus by PCR in «real time» (Real-Time PCR), which enables the selection of chromosomal DNA from the test material, the PCR with the designed by us primers specific to the portion of a gene collagenase vppC and the probe, allowing to detect amplificatory the fragment and to incorporate the results in real-time.

Abstract
Comparative assessment of influence of smoking on visceral bodies and regulatory functions of an organism of young men before and after smoking had been carried out. Hypertensive reaction of cardiovascular system of examinees to nicotine influence causing a vasoconstriction is performed. In this regard vasoactive nicotine influence to vascular motor center of a medulla is suggested. Saliva crystalloscopy examinees allowed to establish deterioration of crystaflogenesis owing to the growth of emitted saliva during smoking that can demonstrate the negative impact of nicotine on the salivation center localized in a medulla. It is suggested that the medulla can be one of physiological targets of negative impact of nicotine.

Abstract
The data on the methods and ways of disinvasion of the environmental objects were presented. There was carried out the analysis of the preparations with the declared activity against parasites' pathogens, used in the Russian Federation for disinfection and disinvasion of the different environmental objects. There were set priorities for using the ovicidal preparations for disinvasion depending on their informational characteristics. There was determined the necessity of introducing the preparations, possessing the ovicidal activity into the Russian Federation State Register of disinjectants.
