Abstract
Circulatory System Diseases (CSD) are the leading causes of high morbidity and mortality of the adult population in many countries, including in the Russian Federation and largely determine public health status. The aim of the work is to analyze the dynamics of the general and primary morbidity of CSD and coronary heart disease (CHD) in the adult population of the Moscow Region for 2008-2016. We used the data of Rosstat for 2008-2016. The indicators of the total and primary morbidity of CSD and CHD of the adult population were determined. A high level and dynamics of an increase in the morbidity of CSD and CHD in the Moscow Region for the 2008 - 2016 period, which determine the high need for endovascular care, especially for patients with acute coronary syndrome, have been established.

Abstract
Analysis of re-disability among working age persons due to the nervous system diseases showed that proportion of working age disabled persons in the structure of re-recognized as disabled persons (RRDP) was 73.1 % of which 43.2 % were young people with disabilities, 25.9 % were middle-aged with ones for 2014-2018 in Moscow. The prevalence of young people with disabilities, their share at the level of the indicator in the Russian Federation, but lower than in the Central Federal District is noted in the structure of RRDP. The proportion and the re-disability level of middle-aged persons with disabilities in Moscow are lower than in the Central Federal District and the Russian Federation. There is a decrease in the number of RRDP both in Moscow and in the Central Federal District and the Russian Federation in the dynamics. There is the prevalence of persons with disabilities with third-degree of disability in the RRDP structure both among young people (62.6 %) and middle-aged persons (59.1 %) with a tendency to decrease their share among middle-aged persons and reduce the re-disability level. We noted a decrease in the proportion and re-disability level of disabled persons with the second-degree of disability in dynamics, but the re-disability level among middle-aged persons is in 2 times higher than among young people. There was an increase in the proportion of the first-degree ofdisability among young people.

Abstract
The structure and level of morbidity are the most important components of a comprehensive integrated assessment of public health. Data on morbidity are needed to justify management decisions at both the federal and municipal levels of health system management. It is possible to plan the network of medical organizations and justify the need for other types of health resources adequately only on the basis of studying the current situation with the morbidity of the population and predicting its changes in the future. We used data on the Region population size, data of the state statistical reporting on the absolute number for the first time identified population's diseases, applied traditional methods of calculating intensive and extensive indicators, the average error of the indicator, the reliability of differences during mathematical processing. There was a statistically significant decrease in the level of primary morbidity of the population by 17.5 %. The highest level of primary morbidity in the Region population during the entire analyzed period and the highest rates of decline of the primary morbidity level of the population were noted.

Abstract
A sociological survey was conducted in the Leningrad Region in 2016. In total, 1,363 respondents over 18 years of age were interviewed, including 401 respondents residing in the area of the main nuclear industry facility in the region namely the Leningrad nuclear power plant in the urban district Sosnovy Bor. The aim of the study was to investigate the interest of the population of the Leningrad Region and Sosnovy Bor in obtaining information on various aspects of radiation safety, depending on the gender and age of respondents, perception of the environmental situation in the region of their residence, as well as the confidence level in various sources of information. Respondents ' interest study of information about radiation and radiation safety issues was revealed that interest to such information is twice higher in Sosnovy Bor than the respondents of the Leningrad region have one. The highest level of confidence among all in the study participating respondents is the information, where Emergency Situations Ministry officers, scientists and specialists are the source one.

Abstract
We evaluated the air quality by the content of fluorine-containing compounds according to monitoring studies, chemical and analytical determination of fluoride ion in urine and performed proteomic analysis of blood plasma in children of the observation and comparison group. The increased content of fluoride ion in the urine was found in children of the observation group relative to the same indicator in children of the comparison group and the reference level in conditions of poor air quality for the hydrofluoride content due to the economic activity of aluminum production facilities. The concentration of fluoride ion in the urine is justified as a marker of inhalation exposure. A comparative analysis revealed the presence of significant differences in the relative volume of protein spots. Mass spectra were obtained that contain information about the peptides included in the composition of the studied protein set and the genes encoding identifiable proteins were established.

Abstract
We made hygienic assessment of the atmospheric air quality of the observation territory and comparison according to monitoring and field observations, carried out a comparative analysis of the respiratory system diseases morbidity of the child population according to the form of federal statistical observation and actual attendance for medical care for 2014-2017, evaluated the relationship of respiratory system diseases morbidity with the effects of the studied chemical factors. Atmospheric air poor quality for a number of substances has been established in the residential development of the observation territory. An increased morbidity rate of respiratory system diseases and certain nosological forms (chronic diseases of the tonsils and adenoids and bronchial asthma) in areas with stable atmospheric air pollution by emission components of large-scale alumina production has been established as a result of a comparative analysis of morbidity rates. We proved the dependence of the occurrence probability of additional cases of respiratory system diseases on the content in the atmospheric air of suspended solids, fine PM10, PM2.5 fractions, nitrogen dioxide, aluminum, manganese, solid and gaseous fluorides, chromium.

Abstract
We analyzed the morbidity of chronic diseases of the employees of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan (RbFM MH RT) during 2016-2017. In the structure of employee morbidity during 2017-2018 the list of diseases is distributed by decreasing: diseases of the eye and its adnexa, the circulatory system diseases, the genitourinary system diseases, the nervous system diseases, respiratory diseases. Based on the research results there is a need to revise activity that focus on the prevention of occupational diseases to measures that promote to a strong commitment of health promotion and spreading the healthy lifestyle among employees.

Abstract
A prerequisite for the occurrence of physicians' burnout syndrome may be their professional activity, which acts as a professional affiliation in the context of their whole life activity. The personal factor of physician manifests itself in that how consciously professional activity are carried out including a whole life taking into account individual characteristics, personal goals and objectives outlined in a time perspective. Personal characteristics associated with the manifestations of emotional burnout syndrome: anxiety, introversion, spontaneity, rigidity have been identified in physicians of clinical bases of the Urals and Siberia. We revealed the prevalence of symptoms indicating emotional burnout: the experience of psycho-traumatic circumstances, the expansion of the sphere of saving emotions, psychosomatic and psycho-vegetative disorders. Diagnostic method of emotional burnout level allowed us to diagnose the leading symptoms of emotional burnout and determine which phase of the syndrome development they are related to «tension», «resistance» or «exhaustion».

Abstract
The paper presents analysis of the structure of HIV-infected persons at different stages of the development of the HIV epidemic process in the Tyumen region (no autonomous areas) from the moment of the first case registration until 2018. We used descriptive-evaluative, analytical, statistical and epidemiological research methods taking into account intensive and extensive indicators, the structure of HIV-infected persons, the identification of trend in the epidemic process. Analysis of the long-term and intra-annual dynamics of the morbidity and prevalence of HIV infection in the Tyumen region clearly showed that the epidemiological situation in the region is alarmingly tense, but the concentration of health authorities and the sanitary-epidemiological service have already yielded positive results in this direction.

Abstract
We analyzed the observations' results of natural foci of tularemia on the territory of Crimea during 2015-2018. Material from small mammals, ticks and pellets of predatory birds by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) and the reactions of indirect (passive) hemagglutination (RIHA) was investigated. Positive samples were detected in the zoological and entomological material. Synanthropic and hemisinanthropic species are found among infected small mammals, which indicates the existing risk of human diseases in human settlements. The activity of natural foci registered in 14 of the 26 municipal territories of the peninsula. To clarify the boundaries of natural foci and determine the degree of their activity, it is necessary to continue monitoring of natural ecosystems, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the populations' status of small mammals and blood-sucking ectoparasites, epizootic and epidemic manifestations in various areas of Crimea for a longer period.

Abstract
Loymopotential of natural foci of opisthorchiasis, metorchiasis (Metorchis bilis) and pseudamphistomiasis determine risk of infestation for the population with these trematodiases. There is a focal system of combined natural foci of opisthorchiasis - metorchiasis (M. bilis) - pseudamphistomiasis in floodplain-river ecosystem of the Belaya River in the carry-over area of pseudamphistomiasis causative agent which enters the river course with a bleak population. There is a stable risk of infestation for the population with the agents of these parasites through when eating bleak (age group offish from one to three years old and elder) caught in the river course (the combined area of the carry-over of the opisthorchiasis, metorchiasis (M. bilis) and pseudamphistomiasis causative agents).
