Занятия спортом при дозировании физических нагрузок могут дать хороший результат.</p><p>Цель исследования – оценить показатели здоровья и физического развития студентов в процессе занятий любительским спортом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Объект наблюдения 30 студентов в возрасте 23,8 ± 0,3 года. Определяли суточные энергетические расходы. Интегральные индексы характеризовали физическое развитие: массы тела, индекс Пенье, силовой, жизненный, вегетативный Кердо, коэффициент выносливости (КВ), коэффициент экономичности кровообращения (КЭК) и функциональных изменений. Анализировали показатели сердечно-сосудистой системы: частоту сердечных сокращений (ЧСС), систолическое и диастолическое давление (САД, ДАД) в покое, после нагрузки и периода восстановления. По биохимическим показателям крови, отобранной на следующее утро после занятий, оценивали состояние функций и систем организма.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Энергетические расходы составили 3665,5 ± 37,3 ккал. Студенты физически развиты, функциональные возможности дыхательного аппарата и адаптация к занятиям спортом (по активности парасимпатической вегетативной нервной системы) удовлетворительные. Физическая активность оценивалась как высокая (тяжелый труд). В организме превалировали катаболические процессы, наличие состояния стресса подтверждал превышающий норму у 50,0 % обследованных кортизол. О неадекватности нагрузок свидетельствовали: индекс функциональных изменений (у 57,7 % адаптация в состоянии функционального напряжения); реакция сердечно-сосудистой системы (КВ, ЧСС, КЭК, КК-МВ, тропонин-1, АлАТ, ЛДГ); усиление эритропоэза; гормональные сдвиги (кортизол, тестостерон); изменения в метаболизме белков (общий белок, мочевина, мочевая кислота), жиров (холестерин общий, липопротеиды высокой и низкой плотности) и гормонов (кортизол, тестостерон); признаки ранней стадии анемии (эритроциты, белок общий, ферритин).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование методологии оценки функционального состояния организма по интегральным и биохимическим критериям в период отдыха после нагрузок позволяет проводить донозологическую диагностику и профилактику нарушений здоровья при занятиях активным спортом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: In the right dose, physical activity can bring health benefits.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives: To assess indicators of health and physical development of students engaged in amateur sports.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The study involved 30 male students aged 23.8 ± 0.3 years. We established their daily energy expenditures, integral indices characterizing their physical development, such as body weight, Pignet, strength, vitality, and Kerdo vegetative indices, endurance rate, circulatory efficiency, and the index of functional changes. We also analyzed cardiovascular system parameters including heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure at rest, after exercise and after exercise recovery. Results of the biochemical blood test taken the next morning after workout were used to evaluate the status of functions and systems of the body.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Energy expenditures amounted to 3,665.5 ± 37.3 kcal. Students were physically strong, their functional capabilities of the respiratory system and adaptation to sports (according to the activity of the parasympathetic autonomic nervous system) were found satisfactory while their physical activity was assessed as high (hard work). In the body, catabolic processes pre was evidenced by the index of functional changes (in 57.7 % of the students adaptation was in the state of functional stress); reaction of the cardiovascular system (endurance and heart rates, circulatory efficiency, creatine kinase MB, troponin-1, ALT, and LDH); increased erythropoiesis; hormonal changes (cortisol, testosterone); changes in the metabolism of proteins (total protein, urea, uric acid), fats (total cholesterol, high- and low-density lipoproteins), and hormones (cortisol, testosterone); signs of an early stage of anemia (erythrocytes, total protein, ferritin).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: The use of the methodology for assessing the functional status of the human body by integral and biochemical criteria during recovery period after exercise enables pre-nosology diagnostics and prevention of health disorders during active sports.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>students</kwd><kwd>amateur sports</kwd><kwd>adequacy</kwd><kwd>health</kwd><kwd>physical development</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Шутьева Е.Ю., Зайцева Т.В.
