В настоящее время обеспечение населения питьевой водой, соответствующей современным гигиеническим нормативам в условиях природного и антропогенного загрязнения, является приоритетной задачей. Так Федеральным проектом «Чистая вода» предусмотрено совершенствование коммунальной инфраструктуры с целью улучшения качества подаваемой воды и информирования населения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: гигиеническая оценка приоритетных факторов риска здоровью населения г. Уфы, связанного с качеством питьевой воды централизованных систем водоснабжения, в рамках реализации Федерального проекта «Чистая вода» в Республике Башкортостан (РБ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании использованы материалы регионального информационного фонда социально-гигиенического мониторинга по 8 водоразборным колонкам, распложенным в 6 административных районах города, за 2016–2018 гг. Органолептический риск, связанный с качеством питьевой воды, выполняли согласно МР 2.1.4.0032–11. Оценка риска здоровью населения проведена с соблюдением условий и требований Р 2.1.10.1920–04.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В питьевой воде водоразборных колонок г. Уфы за период 2016–2018 гг. превышения гигиеничеких нормативов по санитарно-химическим и микробиологическим показателям не обнаружены. Полученные результаты органолептического и неканцерогенного рисков во всех пробах воды соответствуют диапазону приемлемого уровня риска здоровью. Популяционный канцерогенный риск для здоровья населения составил менее 1 случая. В питьевой воде водоразборной колонки на ул. Олимпийской обнаружен неприемлемый суммарный канцерогенный риск для здоровья населения за счет присутствия в воде тригалогенметанов и гербицидов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Благодаря полученным результатам исследования рекомендовано проведение превентивных и оздоровительных мероприятий, направленных на снижение химической нагрузки на здоровье населения г. Уфы.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: At present, high-quality drinking water supply is challenging due to natural and anthropogenic pollution of the environment and remains a priority. The Federal Clean Water Project is aimed at improving the communal infrastructure in order to ensure chemical and microbiological safety of supplied water and to inform the public.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To assess priority health risk factors for the population of Ufa associated with tap water quality within the implementation of the Federal Clean Water Project in the Republic of Bashkortostan.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: We used data of the regional information fund of public health monitoring on eight street water pumps located in six administrative districts of the city for 2016–2018. The organoleptic risk associated with drinking water quality was assessed according to Method Recommendations MR 2.1.4.0032–11. Population health risk assessment was carried out in compliance with conditions and requirements of Guidelines R 2.1.10.1920–04.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: We established that chemical and microbiological quality indices of drinking water in street water pumps in 2016–2018 were below the permissible limits for all samples. Both organoleptic and non-carcinogenic risk estimates were within the acceptable range. The carcinogenic risk for the population was less than a case.
