Студенты-медики испытывают более значительные физические и психоэмоциональные нагрузки во время обучения по сравнению со студентами других профессий. Для разработки программ профилактики необходимо изучать факторы, оказывающие воздействие на здоровье и качество жизни студентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: провести сравнительный анализ качества жизни студентов-медиков за время их обучения в медицинском университете и выявить медико-демографические предикторы, связанные с качеством жизни.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен опрос студентов I, III и V курсов, обучающихся по программе специалитета «лечебное дело». Для оценки качества жизни использовался опросник SF-36. Всего в исследовании приняли участие 1884 студента. Статистическая обработка данных осуществлялась с помощью программы SPSS.22. Для выявления предикторов качества жизни был проведен множественный регрессионный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Студенты-медики имели высокие показатели физического и низкие показатели психологического компонентов качества жизни. Медиана значений шкалы «физическое функционирование» достигала 95 баллов, а шкал «ролевое эмоциональное функционирование» и «общая активность/энергичность» опускалась до 33,0 и 45,0 балла соответственно. Выявлены гендерные различия в показателях качества жизни. У юношей медиана «суммарного физического компонента» составляла 80,0 балла и «суммарного психологического компонента» – 61,0 балла, а у девушек – 72,0 и 49,0 балла соответственно (p = 0,001). Имело место повышение физического компонента среди студентов V курса и самые низкие показатели психологического компонента среди студентов III курса. Основные предикторы качества жизни – стрессы, двигательная активность, жилищно-бытовые условия и материальная обеспеченность, максимальный вклад которых в дисперсию физического и психологического компонентов достигал 25,1 и 38,8 % соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Выявленные показатели качества жизни студентов-медиков на разных курсах обучения, а также ассоциированные с ними медико-демографические факторы следует учитывать при разработке программ профилактики заболеваний и укрепления здоровья учащихся. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: Medical students experience greater physical and psycho-emotional stress during their academic years compared to students of other professions. To develop prevention programs, it is necessary to study the factors that affect students’ health and the quality of life.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To compare the quality of life of medical university students between the years of study and identify its health and demographic predictors.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: Using the SF-36 questionnaire to assess the quality of life, we conducted a survey of 1,884 first, third, and fifth-year university students specializing in general practice. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, and a multiple regression analysis was performed to identify quality of life predictors.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Medical students had high physical but low psychological quality of life scores. The median scores of physical functioning reached 95 points, while the role functioning and vitality scores dropped to 33.0 and 45.0 points, respectively. We established sex-specific differences in the quality of life indicators. Median physical and mental component summary scores in boys were 80.0 and 61.0 points, while in girls they were 72.0 and 49.0 points, respectively (p = 0.001). We observed an increase in the physical component score among fifth-year students and the lowest psychological component scores among the third-years.
