Негативное влияние избыточного использования и меры профилактики неблагоприятного воздействия информационно-коммуникационных технологий на состояние здоровья, работоспособность и риск развития синдрома профессионального выгорания врачей-терапевтов недостаточно изучены. В статье представлены результаты собственных исследований по изучению эффективности внедренных рекомендаций по безопасному использованию информационно-коммуникационных технологий на показатели врачей-терапевтов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: выявить основные показатели изменения параметров работоспособности и оценить риски развития профессионального выгорания у специалистов терапевтического профиля, активно использующих информационные технологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В период с августа 2021 по август 2024 года обследованы 140 врачей-терапевтов (94 женщины и 46 мужчин, возраст 27–75 лет) стационаров Москвы и Московской области. С помощью опросника «Методика диагностики уровня хронического утомления», Шкалы диагностики эмоционального выгорания личности по В.В. Бойко, опросника Маслач производилась оценка работоспособности и рисков выгорания. Профилактические рекомендации включают в себя: организацию рабочего места и режима работы за компьютером, профилактику опорно-двигательных нарушений, гигиену работы с устройствами.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ показателей опросника Маслач врачей-терапевтов исходно и через 12 месяцев после внедрения профилактических рекомендаций по безопасному использованию информационно-коммуникационных технологий продемонстрировал достоверное уменьшение выраженности признаков синдрома профессионального выгорания по шкале эмоционального истощения Маслач и редукции личных достижений MBI (p &lt; 0,05), достоверное уменьшение выраженности признаков синдрома профессионального выгорания по всем трем фазам (напряжения, резистенции и истощения) по шкале диагностики эмоционального выгорания личности по В.В. Бойко (p &lt; 0,05), достоверное уменьшение индекса хронического утомления по данным опросника «Методика диагностики уровня хронического утомления» (p &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение профилактических рекомендаций по безопасному использованию информационно-коммуникационных технологий для врачей-терапевтов стационаров значительно снижает риски развития выгорания и признаков переутомления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: The negative impact of excessive use and measures to prevent the adverse effects of information and communication technologies (ICT) on health, performance and risk of occupational burnout syndrome in general practitioners have not been sufficiently established so far. The article presents the results of our own study of effectiveness of recommendations for the safe use of ICT tools on the performance of general practitioners.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To identify the main indicators of changes in performance parameters and to assess the risks of job burnout in therapists actively using information technology at work.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: In August 2021 to August 2024, we surveyed 140 general practitioners (94 women and 46 men aged 27 to 75 years) working at hospitals of Moscow and the Moscow Region. Their performance and burnout risks were assessed using the Fatigue Severity Scale questionnaire, the scale of diagnostics of emotional burnout of personality by V.V. Boyko, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Preventive recommendations included organization of the workplace and work schedule at the computer, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, and a safe use of gadgets.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The comparative analysis of the Maslach Burnout Inventory scores for general practitioners, before and 12 months after the implementation of recommendations for the safe use of ICT tools, demonstrated a significant decrease in the severity of signs of occupational burnout syndrome according to the Maslach emotional exhaustion scale and reduced sense of personal accomplishment (p &lt; 0.05), a significant decrease in the severity of signs of professional burnout syndrome by all three phases (tension, resistance, and exhaustion) according to the Boyko scale (p &lt; 0.05), and a significant decrease in the chronic fatigue index based on the Fatigue Severity Scale questionnaire responses (p &lt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: Following recommendations for the safe use of information and communication technologies for hospital physicians significantly reduces the risk of burnout and signs of fatigue.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>работоспособность врачей</kwd><kwd>врачи</kwd><kwd>врачи-терапевты</kwd><kwd>терапевты</kwd><kwd>ИКТ</kwd><kwd>СПВ</kwd><kwd>выгорание</kwd><kwd>переутомление</kwd><kwd>информационные технологии</kwd><kwd>синдром профессионального выгорания</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>physician performance</kwd><kwd>physicians</kwd><kwd>general practitioners</kwd><kwd>therapists</kwd><kwd>ICT</kwd><kwd>PBS</kwd><kwd>burnout</kwd><kwd>exhaustion</kwd><kwd>information technology</kwd><kwd>occupational burnout syndrome</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Каминер Д.Д., Милушкина О.Ю., Шеина Н.И. и др.
