Профессиональная деятельность педагога детских образовательных организаций характеризуется вы­сокой степенью ответственности, нервно-эмоциональным напряжением, большой вероятностью развития конфликтных ситуаций. Современные реалии в рамках концепции активного долголетия по-новому ставят вопросы общего здоровья населения вообще и данной профессиональной группы в частности. В связи с этим изучение факторов продления трудового долголетия педагогов дошкольного образования является актуальным и своевременным.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: идентифицировать здоровьесберегающие факторы, влияющие на профессиональное долго­летие педагогов детских образовательных организаций.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве эмпирической основы статьи были использованы следующие исследования, проведенные в 2022-2024 годах: количественное социологическое исследование (n = 190); оценка индекса трудо­способности с использованием обезличенных данных периодического медицинского осмотра (n = 132); качественное социологическое исследование (n = 28).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Самооценка здоровья педагогов детских образовательных организаций является удовлетворитель­ной у 60 % человек, у 38,9 % хорошей и у 4,2 % отличной. Более трети сотрудников (36,1 %) отмечают негативное влияние специфики работы на состояние собственного здоровья, 27,8 % респондентов нейтральное, 4,2 % указали на положительные изменения в связи с профессиональной деятельностью. Выделены основные здоровьесберегающие факторы, степень влияния которых на самочувствие сотрудников детских образовательных организаций и их трудовое долголетие, в том числе пенсионный возраст, является значительной (по 5-балльной шкале), представленной 3 уров­нями: 1) интенсивный (свыше 4,3 балла) при низком разбросе мнений, то есть большей типичности в ответах (образ жизни, физическая активность, экологические условия, а также управление стрессом); 2) высокий (4-4,2 балла) при низком разбросе мнений (условия труда); 3) средний (3,9 балла и ниже) при высоком разбросе мнений (доступность медицинской помощи).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Среди факторов, положительно влияющих на самочувствие педагогов детских образовательных организаций и пролонгацию их трудовой деятельности, в том числе и на пенсионный период, выделим следующие: физическая активность, экологические условия, условия труда, психологическое разнообразие и эмоциональная раз­рядка деятельности, обязательный медицинский контроль.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: Professional activities of preschool teachers are associated with a high degree of responsibility, neuroemotional stress, and a high probability of conflict situations. Within the concept of active longevity, current realities raise issues of health of the population in general and of this occupational group in particular in a new way. In this regard, the study of factors contributing to career longevity of preschool teachers is timely and relevant.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To identify health-promoting factors affecting the working life expectancy of preschool teachers.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The data collected in 2022-2024 within the quantitative sociological survey (n = 190), the assessment of work ability index using the results of the periodic medical examination (n = 132), and the qualitative sociological survey (n = 28) served as the empirical basis of this article.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Self-rated health of preschool teachers was satisfactory, good, and excellent in 60 %, 38.9 %, and 4.2 % of them, respectively. More than a third of the teachers (36.1 %) noted a negative impact of the specifics of work on their own health, while 27.8 % considered it neutral and 4.2 % found it to be positive. We identified the key health maintaining factors, which degree of influence on the well-being of preschool employees and their career longevity, including after the retirement age, was significant (on a 5-point scale): 1. Intensive (&gt; 4.3 points) with low dispersion of opinions, that is, greater typicality in answers (lifestyle and physical activity, environmental conditions, and stress management); 2. High (4-4.2 points) with a low range of opinions (working conditions); and 3. Moderate (&lt; 3.9 points) with a high range of opinions (health care availability).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: Physical activity, good environmental and working conditions, psychological diversity, emotional release, and mandatory medical supervision were found to be the factors having a positive effect on the well-being of preschool teachers and their career longevity, including working in retirement.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>трудовое долголетие</kwd><kwd>риски здоровья</kwd><kwd>педагоги дошкольного образования</kwd><kwd>пенсионный период</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>career longevity</kwd><kwd>health risks</kwd><kwd>preschool teachers</kwd><kwd>retirement</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Violant-Holz V, Rodríguez-Silva C, Carol M, Rodríguez MJ.
