Современное состояние общества, темпы его развития предъявляют высокие требования к здоровью человека. Формирование здорового образа жизни старшеклассников-спортсменов имеет свои особенности, связанные с их особым образом жизни и требованиями, диктуемыми соответствующим занимаемым спортом.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Выявление стратегий самоуправления здоровым образом жизни обучающихся спортивных школ и разработка рекомендаций по их усовершенствованию.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Анкетирование осуществлялось традиционным способом в мае 2024 г. Выборочная совокупность составляет 202 обучающихся спортивных школ города Липецка. Выборка многоступенчатая, с квотной выборкой на последней ступени. Наряду с анкетированием использовался анализ документов, частотный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ данных показал, что адекватное понимание здорового образа жизни сформировано только у 32,7 % обучающихся спортивных школ. Установлено, что у части учащихся-спортсменов отсутствуют знания, умения и навыки анализа важных составляющих здорового образа жизни: 40,1 % обучающихся пренебрегают анализом питания, 51,5 % – анализом сна, 25,2 % – анализом физической активности. В зависимости от стратегий питания, физической активности и активного взаимодействия с тренером, родителями и друзьями выявлено три типа стратегий самоуправления: «отличная», «хорошая» и «удовлетворительная», показатели которых стали основанием для разработки рекомендаций по их усовершенствованию. Наивысшую самооценку по 12 показателям получила «отличная» управленческая стратегия, которая строится в первую очередь на высокой поддержке со стороны тренера, семьи и друзей.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В ходе исследования были выявлены основные структурные элементы стратегии самоуправления здорового образа жизни старшеклассников-спортсменов. Для каждой составляющей управленческой стратегии идентифицированы ключевые параметры, характеризующие сложившую «позитивную» и «негативную» стратегии, на базе которых разработаны рекомендации когнитивного, организационно-управленческого и информационного характера по усовершенствованию этих стратегий самоуправления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: The current state of society and the pace of its development make high demands on human health. Formation of a healthy lifestyle of high school student athletes has its own peculiarities associated with their specific way of life and sport-related requirements.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives: To identify strategies of healthy lifestyle self-management of sports school students and to develop recommendations for their improvement.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The questionnaire-based survey was conducted in May 2024. The sample consisted of 202 students of sports schools of the city of Lipetsk. The sample was multistage, with quota sampling at the final stage. Along with the questionnaire-based survey, document analysis and frequency analysis were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The data analysis showed that adequate understanding of a healthy lifestyle was formed only in 32.7 % of the sports school students. We found that some student athletes lacked knowledge, skills, and abilities to analyze important components of a healthy lifestyle: 40.1 %, 51.5 %, and 25.2 % of the students neglected the analysis of nutrition, sleep, and physical activity, respectively. Depending on the strategies of nutrition, physical activity, and active interaction with the coach, parents and friends, three types of self-management strategies rated as “excellent”, “good”, and “satisfactory” were identified, the indicators of which became the basis for the development of recommendations for their improvement. The highest self-assessment based on 12 indicators was given to the “excellent” management strategy, which was based primarily on a high level of support from the coach, family, and friends.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: The study revealed the main structural elements of the healthy lifestyle self-management strategy of high school student athletes.
