Распространенность избыточной массы тела и ожирения среди детей и подростков характеризуется существенным ростом. Факторами риска могут выступать социально-гигиенические факторы, что определяет актуальность их изучения для разработки комплексных мер для профилактики.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: изучение социально-гигиенического портрета сельских и городских школьников для выявления факторов формирования избыточной массы тела и ожирения среди детей и подростков.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Материалами являлись результаты анкетного опроса 2159 школьников в возрасте 7– 17 лет школ г. Новосибирска и Новосибирской области, проведенного в соответствии с программой, рекомендованной Федеральной службой по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека для изучения вопросов питания школьников в рамках Национального проекта «Демография» в мае 2020 г. Статистический анализ проводился с применением программы EXCEL и пакета STATISTICA 10.0. Использовались параметрические методы, а также методы корреляционного и регрессионного анализов. Статистически значимыми считали различия при р &lt; 0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что удельный вес детей с избыточной массой тела составлял 24,6 % среди городских и 25,2 % среди сельских школьников, 24,2 % детей воспитывались в неполных семьях, 20,0 % – в семьях с низким доходом. Установлена сильная корреляционная связь между наличием избыточной массы тела у двоих родителей и избыточной массой тела у детей, у отцов и детей (r = 0,88, р ≤ 0,05 и r = 0,76, р ≤ 0,05) и средней силы – между избыточной массой тела у матерей и избыточной массой тела у детей (r = 0,54, р ≤ 0,05). Выявлена статистически значимая корреляция между отсутствием высшего образования у родителей и наличием избыточной массы тела у детей (r = 0,63, р ≤ 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные послужили основой при разработке модели профилактики избыточной массы тела и ожирения и реализации ее в условиях семьи и школы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: The prevalence of childhood overweight and obesity demonstrates a significant increase. Social factors can contribute to the risk of these medical conditions, which determines the relevance of their consideration for the development of appropriate comprehensive measures for prevention.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To study the social and health profile of rural and urban school pupils in order to establish factors contributing to overweight and obesity among children and adolescents.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: We analyzed data of a questionnaire-based survey of 2,159 schoolchildren aged 7 to 17 years living in the city of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Region. The survey was conducted in accordance with the program recommended by the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing for studying nutrition of schoolchildren within the framework of the National Demography Project in May 2020.The statistical analysis was performed in Excel and Statistica 10.0 using parametric methods, correlation and regression analyses. Differences were considered statistically significant at p &lt; 0.05.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: We found that the proportion of overweight children was 24.6 % and 25.2 % among urban and rural schoolchildren, respectively; 24.2 % of the children were brought up in single-parent families and 20.0 % – in low-income families. We established a strong correlation between overweight in both parents and that in children, in fathers and children (r = 0.88, p ≤ 0.05 and r = 0.76, p ≤ 0.05, respectively), and a moderate correlation between overweight in mothers and in children (r = 0.54, p ≤ 0.05).
